Burial at Sea is a tricky one. Most people believe that the events happened after Infinite, but thats wrong. It happened in a parallel universe to Infinite at the same time. Elizabeth collapse from the superposition in the beginning of BaS 2, because this event happens right after the drowning in Infinite and she become a normal human.

As of right now we don’t know what Jack looks like. All we’ve got is a face shape. At the end of Burial At Sea we figure out that Elizabeth set in motion Bioshock 1. And she did this to get back at Atlas because she knew that in that world’s future timeline Jack would end up killing him and save Sally.
