New issue: DCT stuck in low gears. Greetings all. Have a 2017 DCT with 10,500 miles. Until now, never had an issue with DCT (except for jerking into 1st when cold). Last week I was slowing down on the freeway to exit. Bike downshifted to 2nd. When I sped up again (traffic eased), the bike stayed in 2nd to 4,500+ rpm. Paddle upshifting worked. DCT reset never got rid of it for me. But like you, only 2x in the past 4000 miles. I mean dang in a technical environment If it it was manual I would probably stall the bike myself plenty of times - as I keep telling them tho getting rear ended by urban traffic is the concern here.
2) Hold down D and switch key to ON (keep D pressed until MIL light goes off) 3) Press the sequence D-D-N-D-N ("-" on gear display then blinked at 2 sec intervals and D & S lights turned on) 4) Start the engine. 5) Wait about 10-15 seconds: the "-" turns to an "N" and the D & S lights turn off. 6) Stop the engine.
